Are products tested before I receive them?+
All GPUs (any price) and non-GPU items above ₹10,000 come to our warehouse for a full stress test before shipping. Items under ₹10,000 (non-GPU) may ship directly from the seller.
How long does delivery take?+
Typically 7–10 days end to end — pickup, testing if applicable, and delivery to your door.
Is Cash on Delivery available?+
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid online.
Will I get a GST invoice?+
You'll receive a purchase invoice from Computify.in. Since these are second-hand goods, GST input credit cannot be claimed.
Are graphics cards tested for mining damage?+
We can't always confirm usage history but every GPU is fully stress tested before shipping. You're covered under our 30-day warranty.

We ship through Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Bluedart, Amazon Shipping, EKART Logistics, and Shadowfax — ensuring safe and timely delivery across India.
How long does delivery take?+

How are items packed?+
All items are carefully packed before dispatch. GPUs and high-value items are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately — you're covered under our warranty.

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across India through our courier network.
What warranty do marketplace products come with?+
All marketplace products include a 30-day testing warranty. Contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund on defective items.

What is covered?+
• Product is faulty or stops working under normal use • Product received damaged in transit • Dead on Arrival (DOA)
What is NOT covered?+
Physical damage, liquid damage, and burn/electrical damage are not covered under any warranty — including extended warranties for Mini PCs and CPUs.
How do I claim warranty?+

What is your return and replacement policy?+
All marketplace products come with a 30-day replacement window. If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or dead on arrival, we will replace it. No refunds or replacements after 30 days once warranty has ended.
What qualifies for a replacement?+
• Product is faulty or not working as described • Product received damaged during shipping • Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
What happens after 30 days?+
No refund or replacement after 30 days. For Mini PCs and CPUs (with extended warranty), issues after 30 days are handled as warranty replacements — not refunds.

Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, before the order is picked up or shipped. Once in transit, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
What if the product becomes unavailable?+
If the seller sold it offline, the item fails testing, or it can't be fulfilled for any reason, we'll first try to arrange a similar product. If you'd prefer not to wait, we'll cancel and issue a full refund.
How long does a refund take?+
Refunds are processed within 24–48 working hours of approval, directly to your original payment source (UPI, card, bank account).
Where does the refund go?+
Refunds go to your original payment source — same UPI, card, or bank used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to a different account or as store credit.
Are there no-refund situations?+
No refunds after 30 days, on Mini PCs or Processors after 30 days, for change-of-mind returns, or for damage caused after delivery.
